Robert Durst was indicted for killing Susan Berman in 2000.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón declared that a jury tracked down the 78-year-old land main beneficiary at legitimate fault for the principal degree murder of Berman, his previous long-lasting companion and partner.

“The jury’s choice exhibits how our overall set of laws can attempt to consider responsible individuals paying little heed to their abundance and status throughout everyday life,” Gascón said. “I need to compliment our arraignment group and examiners for their persevering work to eventually bring equity for the individuals who have been standing by over 20 years.”

During the preliminary, investigators said Durst shot Berman in her Los Angeles home the evening of Dec. 23, 2000.

Before her demise, Berman supposedly planned to talk with New York specialists about the vanishing of Durst’s significant other, Kathie, who disappeared in 1982 and presently can’t seem to be found. As indicated by examiners, she needed to admit to giving Durst a bogus plausible excuse.

Durst was initially investigated in March 2020, yet procedures were brought to a crashing stop when the Covid pandemic started. Following a 14-month break, the jury returned to the Los Angeles town hall in May to continue procedures.
