Brooklyn rapper Bobby Shmurda (genuine name: Ackquille Jean Pollard) has been delivered from jail, as per an assertion from the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision. “At roughly 8:30 earlier today, Ackquille Pollard was restrictively delivered from Clinton Correctional Facility. Mr Pollard will be under local area watch in Kings County until he finishes his sentence on February 23, 2026,” the assertion peruses.

The rapper, whose profession was on the ascent at his imprisonment, was initially planned to be delivered in December 2021. However, he got qualified for restrictive early delivery on parole because of good conduct.

Shmurda composed on Instagram instantly before his delivery: “Thank you for staying faithful and for riding this long term sentence out with me. I love all of you and anticipate seeing you soon.”

The rapper, known for his 2014 hit melody “Hot N— -,” was captured on December 24, 2014, and accused of connivance to kill, ownership of weapons and careless danger. He served two years in jail anticipating preliminary, and in 2016 he conceded to the charges. An appointed authority condemned him to seven years in prison. However, it was subsequently diminished to five years after he got credit for the two years he served while anticipating his preliminary.
