  • What is inside the bag?

Mindfulness boosts positivism and critical thinking among children. Your child can play what is inside the bag game to get benefited from mindfulness. To play this game, you will need some objects with different shapes, sizes and textures. You will place these objects in a bag and ask your child to identify the object without looking inside the container. You can also blindfold your child to make it more challenging for them to improve their sense of sight. Besides, a timer can add more fun.

  • Dance with the colours:

Dancing with the colours allow your child to do some abstract painting by shaking his/her leg on a plain mat when they will put their feet inside bowls full of paints. You will play some music, and they will start dancing on the carpet. When they finish dancing, they can see a unique abstract painting that they made by merely dancing with the colours on their feet.

  • Bring your child closer to nature:

For this purpose, you have to gather leaves of different sizes and shapes. Just make sure that your child does not touch any harmful plant or tree during the collection. There afterwards, ask your child to dip those leaves in poster colour paints and then press them on a white chart paper. Glitter can be used to give it a magical touch.

  • Dance with the emojis:

Usually, children are fascinated by the emojis. So you can make flashcards by drawing emojis on a piece of paper and then all you have to do is play some music related to those emojis. For example, if you will show your child an emoji with a sad face then in the background you will play sad music, and the same goes for happy face emoji. In this way, your child’s ability to recognise emotions is enhanced.

  • Create some unique pasta jewellery:

Apart from eating the pasta, you can also make jewellery from it. So just paint the pasta, add some strings with your children and let them wear the unique jewellery that they created with you.
